Pricing: $125.00 per hour, Billing will be done in 15 minute increments

Monday through Friday, 9-5.

While there is no “trip charge”, billing begins the moment an employee starts working on your issue and includes any and all drive time.

On Demand Solutions include, but are not limited to:

  • 9am-5pm Help Desk
  • Virus/malware cleans
  • Network cabling
  • Systems upgrades
  • Data recovery
  • Printer installations
  • Google apps training
  • Software installation

Our affordable fixed cost solutions provide you with peace of mind that your company will be able to function!

Proactive Server

We will help you with any problem you may have on your existing server machine configuration, Monday through Friday, 9-5. All of this work must be done via remote. If necessary, an on-site fee might be applied.

Pricing: $249 per server per month

This monthly service does include:

  • 24/7 monitoring for threats, attacks, and failures.
  • Automatic updates of your servers key runtime applications.
  • Immediate notification and action by our team.

This monthly service does NOT include:

  • Installation of additional equipment or software.
  • Upgrading or reloading the operating system.
  • Networking issues with router, cable modem, or other devices of that nature.
  • On site travel charge will apply

Proactive User

Will help you with any problem you may have on your existing workstation machine configuration, Monday through Friday, 9-5. All of this work must be done via remote. If necessary, an on-site fee might be applied.

Pricing: $79 per workstation

This monthly service does include:

  • 24/7 monitoring for threats, attacks, and failures.
  • Automatic updates of your servers key runtime applications.
  • Immediate notification and action by our team.

This monthly service does NOT include:

  • Installation of additional equipment or software.
  • Upgrading or reloading the operating system.
  • Networking issues with router, cable modem, or other devices of that nature.
